This form is used to indicate how you would like your pictures edited. Please keep in mind that if you request us to crop your picture, it will decrease the quality and you may not be able to print it to poster size. You may still enlarge it, depending on how much is cropped. At the bottom of this form is a comment area for your notes that won't fit on the line item. The picture number will be the middle four digits of the image's file name (Sample: Filename-0001-MAR0108). Simply indicate the number only. Caution: Pressing the <ENTER> key is the same as submitting the form. Use the <TAB> key to go to the next field.

There are 50 line items on this form. If your event package gives you more than 50 choices for editing, please return to this page after each submission. Fill in the page number to ensure accuracy. To properly fill out this form: Start with the picture number, followed by how you want it edited, separated by a dash. Up to 145 characters per line. Do not use the dash unless it is used to separate the picture number, edit choice and crop remarks. Sample: picture#12345-B&W.

Edit options: B&W, SEPIA, SHARPEN & CROP. (For cropped, explain briefly). Sample for cropped pictures: picture#12345-CROP-Crop off top to the bride's veil and crop off right to the groom's ear.
